1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a service appointment with Kool Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating, you agree to these terms and conditions. We strive to provide the highest quality HVAC services in Southwest Florida. Our technicians will perform services as described in the provided estimate or invoice.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Kool Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on the discovery of unforeseen issues during the course of repair or installation. We will always communicate any changes in pricing and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Financing options may be available for major installations; please ask your technician or call our office for details.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

Equipment Warranty: New equipment installations are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The length and terms of these warranties vary by brand and model. We will provide you with all necessary warranty documentation upon installation.

Labor Guarantee: We stand behind our workmanship. We offer a limited labor warranty on repairs and installations. If a repair fails within the specified labor warranty period due to workmanship, we will correct the issue at no additional labor cost.

5. Service Availability

While we offer 24-hour emergency service, all service requests are subject to technician availability and safe working conditions (e.g., severe weather). We will provide a reasonable estimated time of arrival but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to the unpredictable nature of HVAC service calls.

6. Liability

Kool Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating is fully licensed (License #CAC1825223) and insured. We take the utmost care when working in your home. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, issues caused by lack of proper maintenance prior to our service, or acts of nature.
